Pay: $19.00 per hour (includes 3rd shift differential)
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Die Assurance Operator for a manufacturing facility in Paris, KY.
This position is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, preparing, and maintaining molds used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with industrial tools and equipment.
Job Responsibilities

Disassemble, clean, inspect, coat, and reassemble molds.

Prepare mold surfaces and perform necessary repairs.

Complete routine mold cleaning and overhauls.

Operate various industrial tools and equipment safely.

Inspect molds to help maintain quality standards.

Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.

Communicate with team leaders regarding work progress and concerns.

Participate in daily 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Equipment Used

Cranes and hoists

Impact wrenches and air chisels

Die grinders and hydraulic presses

Coating guns and shot blast equipment

Lift tables, torches, and various hand tools
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required.

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to maintain focus during repetitive, detailed tasks.

Comfortable working with industrial tools and equipment.

Previous casting or manufacturing experience preferred.

Willingness to learn mold cleaning, inspection, and maintenance procedures.
Schedule & Pay

Pay: $19.00 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Schedule: Full-Time with significant overtime

Overtime: The facility has recently been operating 7 days per week. Candidates must be willing and available to work extended schedules, including weekends and overtime as required.
Please Note: This position currently involves a heavy overtime schedule. Applicants should be prepared for the possibility of working 7 days per week based on production needs.
