Our client, a full-service landscape and hardscape company, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team!
The ability to wear multiple hats is critical for this role
Pay: $60,000-$80,000+/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday – Full Time – Can be flexible
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Manage all accounting functions (billing, A/R A/P, reconciliations, taxes etc.)
- Manage company payroll and handling employee timesheets
- Coordinate the daily/weekly/monthly schedule and routing for the crews
- Manage and generate a large amount of company contracts
- Monitor and control budgets for landscaping projects and optimize resources
- Order the appropriate materials for the jobs
Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Office Administrator:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a landscaping or similar industry is preferred
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting background
- Experience using RealGreen and Quickbooks
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and optimize resources
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
