Job Full Description
Our client, a leading heavy equipment and contractor supply company, is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Delivery Driver in Needham.
In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving and logging shipments, preparing customer orders, loading box trucks, and delivering products to other warehouses in MA, RI, and CT, as well as directly to job sites.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm (Overtime Available)
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate 16–26 ft. box trucks to deliver materials to branches and job sites

Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure safe and damage-free transport

Verify outgoing shipments match customer orders and transfer tickets

Assist in receiving and logging inbound shipments; inspect and report damaged goods

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, and forklifts (training available)

Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas

Process shipments via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping, trash removal, and restocking

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse and delivery role

Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a 1-year DOT Medical Certification card

Experience driving box trucks (16ft–26ft)

Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks

Able to pass a full background check and drug test

Forklift operation experience preferred (certification a plus)

Basic computer skills
