Job Full Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Building Facilities to oversee maintenance, safety, and infrastructure in a 117,000 sq. ft. LEED Silver and AIB-certified facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and daily operations of the building and grounds.

Pay: $80,000 to $105,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage $3M annual budget and capital projects up to $1M

  • Oversee all building systems: HVAC, refrigeration, fire/life safety, electrical, security, CCTV, etc.

  • Supervise and develop facilities staff

  • Ensure OSHA, LEED, and AIB compliance

  • Oversee audits, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts

  • Support internal departments with facility needs and events

  • Maintain SOPs, safety training, and infrastructure documentation

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ facilities management experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Tech, or similar

  • Strong leadership, planning, and vendor management skills

  • ServSafe® certification (or willingness to obtain); HAACP a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening

  • Experience with budget creation and facilities operations
