Job Full Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Building Facilities to oversee maintenance, safety, and infrastructure in a 117,000 sq. ft. LEED Silver and AIB-certified facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and daily operations of the building and grounds.
Pay: $80,000 to $105,000/year
Key Responsibilities:

Manage $3M annual budget and capital projects up to $1M

Oversee all building systems: HVAC, refrigeration, fire/life safety, electrical, security, CCTV, etc.

Supervise and develop facilities staff

Ensure OSHA, LEED, and AIB compliance

Oversee audits, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts

Support internal departments with facility needs and events

Maintain SOPs, safety training, and infrastructure documentation
Requirements:

7+ years’ facilities management experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Tech, or similar

Strong leadership, planning, and vendor management skills

ServSafe® certification (or willingness to obtain); HAACP a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening

Experience with budget creation and facilities operations
