Our client, a specialty manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team!
This role supports the sales staff with critical administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and effective coordination across the department.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Coordinate and manage daily sales operations
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and department events
- Manage email and other correspondence for the sales team
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Assist in the implementation of sales procedures
- Provide administrative support to sales staff and management
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts
Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in sales support, office administration, or customer service

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
