Our client, a specialty manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team!

This role supports the sales staff with critical administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and effective coordination across the department.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate and manage daily sales operations
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and department events
  • Manage email and other correspondence for the sales team
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents
  • Assist in the implementation of sales procedures
  • Provide administrative support to sales staff and management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales support, office administration, or customer service

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
