Warehouse Associate – Canton, MA
Our client in Canton, MA is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to assist with daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This position involves using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Manager, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and helping maintain an organized warehouse environment.
Pay: $20–$23/hour (Direct Hire)
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
Responsibilities:

Ship and receive domestic and international orders

Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Build kits and assemblies as needed

Palletize shipments for LTL freight

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements:

1+ year of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks
-
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent
