Payroll Coordinator (Direct Hire)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator with experience processing biweekly payroll, maintaining employee records, reconciling reports, and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and working knowledge of Paylocity.

 

📍 Onsite – Weston, MA 
💰 $28 – $35/hour 
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process biweekly payroll using Paylocity

  • Maintain employee records, timekeeping data, and related documentation

  • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Assist with employee onboarding and setup within payroll and timekeeping systems

  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and ordering office supplies

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of payroll and administrative experience required

  • Working knowledge of Paylocity 

  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 

  • Quickbooks experience strongly preferred 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
