Payroll Coordinator / Receptionist (Direct Hire)
Our client is seeking a Payroll Coordinator/Receptionist to join their team in a dual role that combines payroll management with front-office administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed payroll work while also being the friendly, professional face of the organization
📍 Onsite – Weston, MA
💰 $28 – $35/hour
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
Key Responsibilities

Manage and process biweekly payroll using Paylocity

Maintain employee records, timekeeping data, and related documentation

Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

Assist with employee onboarding and setup within payroll and timekeeping systems

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests

Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and maintain a professional reception area

Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and ordering office supplies
Qualifications

3–5 years of payroll and administrative experience required

Must have working knowledge of Paylocity
-
Experience with Assure timekeeping software preferred (can be trained)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
