Office Manager
Our client, a well-established executive compensation consulting firm, is seeking a professional Office Manager to support Managing Directors and consulting teams while overseeing daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, discreet, and thrives in a polished, fast-paced professional environment.
Location: Wellesley (Relocating to Waltham in near future)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $45–$50/hour
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for Managing Directors

Prepare invoices, track expenses, and follow up on outstanding receivables

Manage office operations, vendors, supplies, and facility needs

Serve as the main liaison with building management and IT

Greet clients and maintain a professional front office presence

Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate access and resources

Plan and support onsite and offsite meetings and events
Requirements
-
5+ years of administrative or office management experience

High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (advanced a plus)

Experience with billing platforms such as OpenAir, Coupa, SAP, or Ariba preferred

Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities

Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality
