Inside Sales Representative
A growing supplier of construction equipment and industrial products is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on helping customers find the right solutions, providing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Location: Needham, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year
Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person

Provide product guidance, pricing, and order support

Make outbound calls to develop new business and support existing accounts

Follow up on quotes and customer requests to drive repeat business

Collaborate with warehouse and operations to ensure timely fulfillment

Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems

Assist outside sales team and branch locations as needed
Qualifications:
-
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support in construction, industrial supply, or related industries

Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach

Ability to understand technical product specifications and recommend solutions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
