We’re seeking an Entry-Level Bilingual HR Admin / Office Coordinator who is eager to learn, ready to take ownership of key office responsibilities, and excited about growing into more advanced roles. This position is ideal for early-career candidates looking to transition from customer service, retail, hospitality, or service industries into the world of HR and business administration.
Schedule: M-F/ 8:30 am-5:00 PM [no weekends]
Pay: 20.00-24.00/hour
What You’ll Do
As our HR Admin / Office Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience with:
HR & Recruiting Support
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate interviews, schedule appointments, and follow up with candidates
- Support recruiting campaigns and talent search activities
Office Coordination & Administrative Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors
- Manage calendars, emails, office supplies, and organizational tasks
- Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and support daily office operations
- Help manage social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives
- Post job ads, update content, and assist with employer-branding projects
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with exposure to multiple areas of the business—perfect for someone who loves learning and wants variety in their day.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, psychology, or humanities, preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in customer-facing or fast-paced environments
- Highly organized, dependable, and eager to grow
- Interest in HR, recruiting, and leadership development
- Experience with social media or digital marketing is a big plus
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or retail is strongly encouraged—your people skills matter!
