Entry-Level Front Office & Social Media Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, people-friendly entry-level professional to support our front office and help create engaging social media content. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career candidates who want hands-on experience and a clear growth path into HR and Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and support daily front office operations
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Create and post content on social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Help monitor comments, messages, and engagement metrics
- Support recruiting activities as you grow—scheduling interviews, assisting applicants, and helping with onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level or recent graduate
- Friendly, professional communicator
- Strong writing skills and social media familiarity
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Bilingual English–Spanish preferred, not required
