NOW HIRING: Hospital Kitchen Supervisor
Local community healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated, reliable, hard-working supervisor to join our team in a supervisory capacity. Individuals with leadership or any supervisory experience, along with any cooking or kitchen experience, are encouraged to apply!
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Occasional Weekends

We are a community services organization dedicated to providing high-quality meals and meaningful support to the individuals and families we serve. As our new Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in daily operations while helping us build a warm, safe, and efficient food service environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and with care
- Guide, train, and motivate kitchen staff and volunteers
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with menu planning and meal prep as needed
- Help create a positive, inclusive, service-driven culture
- Support community-focused initiatives and special events
- Starting pay: $22.00/hour
