Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

💲 $20.00–$22.00 per hour
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in Millbury, MA. This role combines warehouse operations (approximately 80%) with front counter/customer service support (approximately 20%). The ideal candidate is comfortable operating a forklift, performing heavy lifting, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks with heavy materials

Handle and move plastic-tar solid block materials used for crack filling and pavement resurfacing

Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy

Assist customers at the front counter with orders and inquiries

Provide general warehouse support as needed
Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)

Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis

Strong work ethic and reliability

Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse setting
