Location: Southbridge, MA
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Southbridge. Core Responsibilities

Assembly & Fabrication: Use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery to assemble products according to specifications.

Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of parts and finished goods to identify defects or inconsistencies.

Material Handling: Move raw materials and finished products to designated staging or shipping areas.

Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with small parts and use tools with precision.
