Responsibilities
- Adjust, maintain, and support production machinery and equipment
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
- Work across multiple areas — this is not a single-function role
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude or prior warehouse experience preferred
- Willingness to learn — training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to handle different tasks
- Reliable, self-sufficient, and able to work independently when needed
