Seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join a team as a Production Associate. In this role, you will support the production of envelopes by ensuring quality standards are met and assisting with general line operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on envelopes to identify defects (sealing issues, misalignment, damage)
Sort, stack, and organize finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report any production or quality issues to supervisors
Support overall production flow to meet daily goals

Qualifications

No prior experience required — training provided
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Constant movement and activity throughout the shift
