Job Full Description
A Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, sales, or support (if required)
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately in systems
- Provide product or service information to customers
- Handle billing questions, orders, or account updates
- Meet performance metrics such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
