Job Title: Production Manufacturer
Job Summary
The Production Manufacturer is responsible for producing goods through the operation of machinery, assembly of components, and adherence to manufacturing processes. This role ensures products are made efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
- Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture products
- Assemble materials and components accurately based on specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality output
- Inspect finished goods and perform quality control checks
- Load and unload materials and finished products
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
