General Labor Associate
Location: Westborough, MA
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role involves supporting daily warehouse, production, or site operations by performing a variety of physical tasks. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, products, and equipment
- Perform basic warehouse duties including sorting, packing, and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support team members and supervisors with daily tasks
- Inspect materials and report any damages or issues
- Move materials throughout the facility as required
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor, warehouse, or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
