Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Operations • Inventory • Shipping & Logistics

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate to join our team and play a key role in our daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, and freight operations.
This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys more than just working on the warehouse floor. You’ll combine hands-on warehouse responsibilities with inventory control, shipping documentation, freight coordination, and administrative support.

What You’ll Do
📦 Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Organize products for storage and distribution.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse/material-handling equipment as needed.

Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with reconciliations and audits.
💻 Warehouse Administration & Systems

Process receiving and shipping transactions in NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar systems.

Generate packing slips, shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other shipping documentation.

Ensure warehouse transactions are accurate, complete, and processed on time.

Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

Support inventory control processes and warehouse KPIs.
🚚 Freight & Logistics

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments.
-
Schedule shipments with carriers, freight brokers, and transportation providers.

Track shipments and proactively address delays or delivery issues.

Review freight documentation and ensure shipping requirements are met.

Assist with freight claims and carrier-related issues.

Help ensure every shipment moves accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
What You Bring
-
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control.

Experience with NetSuite ERP/WMS or a similar warehouse/inventory management system.

Solid understanding of freight operations, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.

Experience with LTL, FTL, parcel, and common carrier shipments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, reconciliations, and warehouse KPIs.

Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
