Now Hiring: 2nd & 3rd Shift Machine Operators – $18–$20/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Muskegon, MI
Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking to grow your career in a clean, team-oriented automotive machine shop? A Muskegon-based manufacturer is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, precision, and problem-solving. This is a full-time, hire-in opportunity with room to advance.
What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor manufacturing presses and related machinery.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and hand sketches to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators.

Perform basic machine adjustments and quality checks to maintain production standards.

Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For
-
1+ year of experience operating machinery in an automotive or metal manufacturing environment.

Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing math.

Comfortable with precision measurement tools and basic machine maintenance.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Entry-level tool and die experience is a plus.
