2nd Shift Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire – $23-$30/hr (Wayland, MI)
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in industrial machinery repair? A leading manufacturer of truck and trailer products in Wayland, MI is hiring a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity. This is your chance to join a well-established team working with advanced manufacturing equipment including robotic weld cells, benders, lasers, and stamping presses.
What You’ll Do:

Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on a wide range of industrial manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in production machines.

Troubleshoot equipment such as robotic welders, CNC benders, stamping presses, and laser cutters.

Ensure minimal downtime by conducting inspections and recommending maintenance solutions.

Support a safe and efficient production environment by maintaining operational equipment.
Shift & Pay:

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (plus overtime as needed)

Pay Range: $23 – $30 per hour, based on experience (BOE)
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance or mechanical/electrical repair in a manufacturing environment.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must have a complete set of trade tools.
