Location: Holland, MI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Occasional Overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to understand welding and fabrication requirements

Prepare materials for fabrication – cutting, grinding, and cleaning metals
-
Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components
-
Accurately verify dimensions and product specifications
-
Build and align components to meet exact tolerances
-
Follow safety standards and maintain high-quality work practices
-
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
-
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication/welding
-
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
-
High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
