A well-established manufacturing company in Holland, MI is hiring multiple Fulfillment Associates for its 1st shift team. If you’re a hardworking, reliable individual with at least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
🔹 Position Highlights:

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Type: Evaluation-to-hire (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Holland, Michigan
Job Responsibilities:

Perform fulfillment and packaging duties on a fast-paced production line
-
Consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
-
Stand for 8–12 hours per shift
-
Maintain strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
-
Follow safety guidelines and quality standards
Requirements:
-
6+ months of recent manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
-
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity

Must be punctual and dependable with excellent attendance

Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
