Job Full Description
A state-of-the-art luxury office furniture manufacturer is actively seeking a skilled and reliable Customer Service Specialist to join our team! This is a short-term opportunity, ideal for individuals with strong communication and order management skills, particularly in a manufacturing or production-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including quoting and order entry

Handle incoming customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Provide accurate daily invoicing and maintain records in internal systems
-
Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to support continuous improvement
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

3–5 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based industry

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, sorting, and reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and internal software systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Location: Holland, MI
