Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician – Non-Destructive Testing (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Zeeland, MI
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $20.00/hour (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- 2nd Shift: $21.00/hour (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- 3rd Shift: $21.50/hour (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

We are seeking Quality Assurance Technicians to perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on critical, heavily regulated equipment. What You’ll Do:
- Conduct non-destructive testing (including X-rays and other tests) to verify compliance with strict quality standards.
- Complete accurate inspection reports and administrative documentation.
- Use computers and software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Adhere to regulatory and company procedures to maintain safety and quality.

- Computer savvy with strong documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Comfortable in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work any of the available shifts.
Pay & Shifts:
- 1st Shift: $20/hour | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: $21/hour | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: $21.50/hour | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
