Job Full Description
A non-manufacturing company in Holland is looking for a 1st shift Assembler to join their team. This job is a full-time, contract-to-hire position in a fast-paced environment. Upon hire-in, you'll earn comprehensive benefits, including vacation and holiday pay, a 401(K) plan, and more.
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts of various materials, e.g., plastic, wood, metal, rubber, paperboard, etc.
- Produce sub-assemblies and finished goods using blueprints in a fast-paced environment
- Travel between different locations as needed
Assembler Qualifications:
- Can follow blueprints, use computers, and perform simple shop math
- Exhibit a good attitude and attendance
- Be familiar with computers, assembly, and measuring tools
- Able to work independently, minimal supervision
- Possess six months of assembly experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime as needed
