A national company specializing in in-plant management of production machine parts is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk Associate for its Muskegon, MI facility. This is a full-time, 1st shift, contract-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term potential.
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Clerk Associate is responsible for receiving, maintaining, and distributing materials while ensuring accurate data entry and inventory management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Compensation and Schedule:

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and distribute incoming materials

Maintain accurate inventory control and stock levels on the production floor

Perform data entry and recordkeeping using Microsoft Office and internal systems

Provide customer service and support to internal departments

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Previous warehouse experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
