Job Title: Service & Maintenance Technician | $20–$30/hr | Full-Time
Location: Wayland, MI
Schedule: Full-Time | 5:45 AM Start | Monday–Friday
Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Our company has been in business for nearly 40 years, specializing in selling, installing, and maintaining industrial equipment. We are looking for a Service & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with a small crew to maintain, clean, and eventually help install spray booths at customer locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel in a company box truck with a crew of 1–2 team members to customer sites
- Perform paint booth cleaning and maintenance, including power washing interiors, replacing filters, spraying booth guard, and cleaning mechanical equipment, fans, and ductwork
- Use scissor lifts and hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Learn to install and build new spray booths, including ductwork and mechanical components
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, general labor, or mechanical trades is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates
- Must be comfortable with dirty work and working at heights (scissor lifts, ladders, ductwork installation)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for driving company vehicles)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early shifts (5:45 AM start time)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical, hands-on environments
