General Labor – Powder Coating | 1st Shift | Grand Haven, MI
Pay: $16/hour (increase to $17–$18/hour at hire-in)
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30/3:00pm
Overtime: Occasional, voluntary Saturdays
Location: Grand Haven, MI

Job Responsibilities

Hang, rack, and package metal parts on an automated powder coating paint line

Inspect parts for quality and consistency

Assist with loading and unloading product before and after coating

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required — we’ll train motivated candidates!

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for most of the shift

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Team-player attitude and willingness to learn
