General Laborer – Shipping Conveyance | 1st & 3rd Shift | $17–$19.55/hr | Holland, MI
A family-owned manufacturer in Holland, MI that specializes in woodworking and organizational solutions is now hiring General Laborers for Shipping Conveyance roles on 1st and 3rd shift. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with great pay, steady hours, and a company culture that values both sustainability and employees.
Job Highlights:
Responsibilities:

Verify that products are properly labeled, drilled, and free of damage

Inspect and confirm quantities of parts and materials
-
Receive RMAs into the system accurately

Communicate product issues to coordinator, manager, and team members
-
Track and report weekly quality and rework numbers
Qualifications:
-
At least 6 months of manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience
-
Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for 8–10 hours per shift
-
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Excellent attendance and reliability
