General Labor – Manufacturing Associate (1st & 3rd Shift)
Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $17.00/hr (1st shift) | $19.55/hr (3rd shift)

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:15pm–6:15am

Schedule: Consistent 40+ hours per week

Type: Evaluation-to-hire (long-term opportunity with the company)
Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Conveyance Associate, you will:

Safely move, lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.

Walk and stand for 8–12 hours during your shift.

Support production and warehouse operations to keep workflow running smoothly.

Follow safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

At least 6 months of manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience.

Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, walking, standing).

Dependable attendance and reliability—attendance is critical for success.
