Schedule:
- 1st: Monday-Friday 5:00am-3:00pm
- 2nd: Monday–Friday 1:00pm–11:00pm

A local Holland manufacturing company is hiring a Receiving / Mill Operator to join their team. This is not your typical factory job—it’s a hands-on role in a unique indoor/outdoor environment with lots of variety. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy physical work, and want something different than repetitive line work, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do

Receive incoming trucks and unload raw materials

Weigh, record, and move product to designated areas of the facility

Operate forklifts, carts, and industrial elevators to transport materials between floors

Monitor and maintain quality of inventory

Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping projects

Work safely in a multi-floor production environment
What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
-
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the shift

Computer literacy required (basic skills are a must)

Not afraid of heights (facility has multiple floors)

Receiving and forklift experience preferred

Mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and strong decision-making skills
