A great apartment complex in Plainwell is looking for a 1st shift entry level Groundskeeper. Do you like being outside? Want to eventually get into maintenance and carpentry work? This job is for you! You'll enjoy a full-time, long-term position working for an inviting local apartment complex.
Groundskeeper Job Highlights
- $17-$18/hr BOE
- 1st shift
- Spring cleaning (raking, sweeping, etc)
- Ensure excellent curb appeal of assigned areas
- Some minor landscaping duties
Qualifications for Groundskeeper
- No experience required
- Prefer some knowledge of general maintenance and skills, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrica
- Able to lift/push/pull 60lb weight
