Looking for a reliable 2nd shift job in Holland, MI? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced plastics manufacturing team. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with steady hours, clean facilities, and excellent long-term potential.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $17.50 per hour
- Shift: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor injection molding and assembly machines
- Inspect, assemble, and package plastic parts
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products
- Keep work areas organized, safe, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow instructions and maintain production flow
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of prior machine operating experience (plastics experience required)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing for long periods (8–12 hours)
- Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and reliability
- Solid work ethic and dependable attendance
