Are you looking for a reliable, full-time position with a stable company in Holland, MI? We are currently hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Packing Associates to join a small, supportive team. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity offering consistent hours, summer overtime, and a clean, easy-to-learn work environment.
Pay & Shift Details:
- Pay: $18.00/hour+
- Shift: 1st shift and 2nd Shift (full-time)
- Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm or 5pm-3:30am
- Type: Evaluation-to-hire
- Location: Holland, Michigan
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform basic packing and packaging of products
- Load skids and maintain a steady workflow on the production line
- Support general warehouse and manufacturing operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Work occasional overtime during peak summer months
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand for 8–12 hours
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
