Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: Up to $22/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (some overtime required)
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
A growing local company in Holland, MI is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and dock operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and forklift operation. The warehouse is part of a small team, making attendance and reliability essential.
Key Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks at the dock

Operate a sit-down forklift for material handling (approximately 50% of the time)

Scan pallets and products using an RF scanner (RF Smart program)

Pick, package, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment

Print and tag orders for FedEx and UPS shipments

Assist with inventory control and routine counts

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and dock area

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and compliance

Help resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience required

Forklift experience or certification preferred (sit-down forklift)

Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems such as NetSuite is a plus

Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and on the dock

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
