Skilled Assembly Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Holland, M
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
A growing manufacturing facility in the Holland area is hiring a Skilled Assembly Technician for its window assembly and production team. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity for someone who is very comfortable using hand tools and accurately measuring materials in a manufacturing environment.
If you have hands-on experience using drills, saws, and tape measures — and take pride in building quality products — this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble window components and other products in a production setting

Use hand tools including drills, saws, and measuring tools

Accurately read and use a tape measure
-
Follow written work instructions and production guidelines

Assist in different areas of production as needed

Serve as a "go-to" person on the floor (Lead experience highly preferred)

Maintain quality standards and take pride in craftsmanship
Qualifications:

Manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or hands-on assembly experience preferred

Comfortable using hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Willingness to move between departments as needed
- Lead experience is highly preferred
