Job Posting: Customer Service Representative
Location: Holland, MI
Job Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch); Ever 3rd Sat 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service (2-3 years), preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
