Join a small, team-oriented manufacturing environment where reliability matters and your work makes a real impact. We’re hiring Production Associates / Assembly Technicians to support hands-on assembly and packaging in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
This role is ideal for someone with solid work history and manufacturing or assembly experience who takes pride in showing up, working hard, and being part of a dependable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package materials and finished products for shipment
- Assist in assembling product components and frame systems
- Perform light assembly using hand tools
- Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards
- Work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $18/hour
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Requirements:
- Previous light assembly, production, or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs regularly (team lift required for heavier items)
- Comfortable working both independently and with others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and solid work history
