Machine Operator/Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift | $16.50–$18.00/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus | Wayland, MI

What You’ll Do:

Load and unload metal parts into production machines
- Use hand tools to assemble products

Operate machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Overtime: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Overtime: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay & Benefits:

1st Shift: $16.50/hour + $2/hour attendance bonus

Requirements:

At least 6 months of machine operator or assembly experience
- At least 6 months experience using hand tools
