Job Details

We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Lister/Shipper for a busy liquidation and e-commerce warehouse in Dorr. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with product sorting, packing, shipping, and online product listing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a variety of merchandise, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to move between different areas of the warehouse based on daily needs.

Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required. Candidates with retail, stocking, fulfillment, shipping, packing, or other fast-paced work experience may also be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize incoming merchandise
• Make and assemble boxes for packing and shipping
• Inspect products for condition, damage, or defects
• Research comparable products and pricing for online listings
• Create accurate product listings, including item details and condition
• Photograph merchandise for online listings
• Pack and label products accurately for shipment
• Place merchandise in the correct inventory location
• Maintain an organized work area and keep track of completed work
• Assist with sorting, packing, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed
• Cross-train and work in different areas of the warehouse based on workload

Requirements for Warehouse Lister/Shipper

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work hard
• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with a variety of consumer merchandise
• Willing and able to work in different areas of the warehouse as needed
• Able to follow instructions and accurately complete assigned work
• Warehouse, shipping, packing, fulfillment, e-commerce, or retail experience is preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving warehouse environment

Work Environment/Schedule

• 1st shift, Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• $16.00/hour
• Position requires standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Employees may work in multiple areas depending on daily inventory and workload
