Sales Support Specialist
Location: Lakeville, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:

Provide troubleshooting support for customer orders, account statuses, and other inquiries

Assist sales team with data, resources, and updates to streamline workflows

Manage CRM and ERP tools to track orders and maintain account records

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
-
Track trends, review pending orders, and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up
Ongoing Tasks:
-
Collaborate with account managers on strategic sales initiatives

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal sales processes

Keep the team up to speed on new product launches and features
-
Ensure excellent customer service through responsiveness and follow-through
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Assistant, or similar role

Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel
-
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
