This part-time role will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with reporting, client communication, billing inquiries, and general office tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Work with internal reports to verify that team-written policies are issued accurately

Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with billing questions and payments

Make outbound follow-up calls to clients for missing documents such as student grade reports or jewelry appraisals

Call clients after a claim is filed to confirm they’ve heard from the claims department

Assist with general office tasks such as ordering office supplies and organizing documents

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with reports and documentation

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Comfortable handling sensitive client information and following up professionally

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting

Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry)

Previous office or customer service experience preferred
