Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong multitasking skills, and proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manage formulas and spreadsheets. You will work closely with the company owner on various administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors professionally—serve as the first point of contact

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

Assist the owner with updating and managing Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and data analysis

Perform general administrative support duties (filing, scheduling, data entry, etc.)

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Assist with customer communications and follow-ups as needed

Help coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle office supplies

Support additional office projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must know how to create and use formulas)

Professional phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, helpful attitude with a strong attention to detail

Dependable and punctual

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
