Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist
Location: Lakeville, MN
Shift: Day Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse team on day shift. This role is dedicated full-time to unloading finished goods (FGs) and accurately placing them into designated rack locations. There will be no rotation—we’re looking for someone who can master this role and become an expert in our inventory handling process.
Key Responsibilities:

Unload finished goods (FGs) from incoming shipments

Safely and accurately store materials in warehouse racks

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow company procedures for handling and documentation

Ensure accuracy in inventory placement and handling

Perform job duties consistently and efficiently, day in and day out
Requirements:

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse work preferred

Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, stand, and walk throughout the shift

Forklift experience a plus (but not required—training available)

Dependable, punctual, and committed to long-term consistency

Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
