Job Title: Skilled Installer / Installation Technician
Location: Lakeville, MN
Compensation: $24–$32 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
As a Skilled Installer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the assembly and installation of equipment. This includes welding, hydraulic and electrical hookups, and basic fabrication. The ideal candidate will be experienced, safety-conscious, and able to read and follow blueprints and diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform equipment installations according to specifications

Complete light welding and fabrication tasks

Assemble components accurately and efficiently

Connect hydraulic and electrical systems

Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings

Assist with general builds and shop tasks as needed

Walk, stand, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs as required
Qualifications:

Prior installation and/or assembly experience required

Basic welding, electrical, and hydraulic experience strongly preferred

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
