Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible hours, approximately 20–25 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and direct calls with a positive and energetic attitude

Greet office guests and provide a professional, welcoming experience

Support office needs such as setting up conference calls, seminars, and meeting spaces

Maintain and manage office supplies inventory

Assist with daily accounts processing, general office maintenance, and equipment setup

Handle HR tasks including onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file management

Manage and organize company calendar and internal files

Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work environment

Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support across departments
Qualifications:

Strong interest in the financial industry and an eagerness to learn how it operates

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Self-motivated with a trustworthy and client-focused approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus
