Express Employment Professionals –Woodbury, MN is now hiring a Light Equipment Operator for a well established printing company in the East Metro!
Schedule & Pay:
- Start on a steady 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday – Friday
- Transition to a rotating 3x12 schedule: Be open to working 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, just 3 days a week – 4 days off!
- Some weekend flexibility is required
- Starting Pay: $17.50/hr.
Pay increase upon hire – show your skills and get rewarded! Substantial increase upon hire!
Full-time, long-term opportunity with room to grow!
- Tentative start date: April 2026
What You’ll Do:
Join a supportive team environment where you’ll operate and maintain light production machinery to ensure high-quality printing and packaging products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating finishing/binding/packaging equipment
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assisting in training new teammates and coordinating workflows
- Learning new areas and cross-training to build your skillset

Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable with light mechanical work and machine operation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Willing to learn, cross-train, and adapt to production needs
- Strong attendance and good communication skills
- Computer literate with strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using rulers, measurements, and basic math for precise adjustments.
- Able to understand, read, and speak English clearly for safe and accurate communication.
- Basic understanding of presswork procedures and materials (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask effectively in a busy environment.
