Forklift Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire) – East Metro
Express Employment Professionals | Full-Time | $24–$25/hr DOE
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse and distribution company in the East Metro area. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for dependable candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $24–$25/hour depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM most days
- Standard 8-hour shifts with frequent overtime available
- Flexible schedule discussions available if overtime becomes an issue
Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift throughout the shift in a warehouse setting
- Load and unload pallets from incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Move materials to proper warehouse storage locations
- Inspect pallets and ensure loads are stable and secure
- Occasionally assist manually with reorganizing or stabilizing pallet stacks
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Learn additional warehouse duties and responsibilities over time
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred, but training available
- Ability to safely move and stack pallets in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working on a forklift for most of the day
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand as needed throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
